Thank you Andrea for making my tuna sub today awesome. This subway hadn't had good service till I got assistance from Andrea, she had a good attitude, I came in twice today, for breakfast and for lunch. Both times she made my 6 inch sub, and she definitely showed she cared. She greeted me both times, subway is one of those places where the job comes with a lot when it seems like it doesn't since my husband worked for subway before and told me there's more to it then making sandwiches. So I understand whenever someone seems uninterested, it's not truly that, they're just tired because prepping food for everyday and a lot of cleaning must be done at any food business.

Check out was great too, Jessica was another employee with a good attitude towards every customer. Definitely one of my favorite locations. I meant to post a photo but the sandwich was too good that I ate it and forgot to take a photo haha.

got there at 9:45 and the women already had the doors locked and everything packed up ...

then she tells me that the computer is down... pretty sure she wanted to go home.

    don't waste your time here.

The woman making our sandwich was fine but this other employee (pictures) who was on her lunch break sitting in the middle of the restaurant having a super loud and inappropriate conversation the entire time. At one point she told the person on her phone "This is why we can't have a conversation. Because you attack and abuse me." My daughter was very uncomfortable and didn't want to stay inside to eat so we left to eat in the car. If she were my employee I'd let her know that if this ever happened again it would be her last day at work. I don't care if it's your lunch break, you still have an obligation to be professional and represent the establishment in a positive way. Then again- I guess this is why she works at Subway. She's pathetic.

If the dude has a disability or had a bad day (e.g. insomnia), I'm deeply sorry; this is my experience... But I ordered through the heavy-set late 40's gentleman, who seemed to mumble (even in Spanish) and speaks with a thick accent, so prepare for a language barrier... The lady that helped the customer behind me seemed to run more seamlessly.

I said "I'd like a foot long Meatball combo please", he cuts the loaf in half and puts the other half back into the cabinet as if I ordered a 6", so I light-heartedly corrected him ("I wanted a foot long, bro... I haven't eaten since 4 yesterday, *chuckle*")... Then he talks to his colleague in Spanish, but asks me without breaking speech what kind of cheese I want; if I didn't speak Spanish I would've missed it.

He then incomprehensibly mumbled something, but before I can ask him to clarify, he asks "yes?" I then asked him to repeat himself and he still said "yes?" And I had to ask "'yes' for what? I didn't hear you!" before he impatiently mumbled "veggies?" Then he complied with my request for olives, but reaches for a portion that had some spillover jalapeños in there. I didn't say anything, but most restaurants would've picked them out or scooped up the clear section (I have a high tolerance for spicy foods so no big deal).

Then we're at the cashier and he asks if I want it in a combo while I have the chips I want in hand, then I reply yes. He punches everything in, including the drink and chips, then asks me again if I want a combo... I ran my card, and after the transaction I still had to ask for the drink cup... I said 4 times that I wanted a combo. Everything else was good though.

This place doesn't have a bathroom, air conditioning or plastic knives. Enough said. Other than that pretty standard subway. Oh and they charge 1.99 for a cup of water.
